QBI shares the same passion for discovering efficient tools and methods as the life scientists we service. All manufacturing, handling, and packaging of our products are performed in ISO 5 cleanrooms under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System to enforce product quality and reliability.
Located within the BioHealth Capital Region in Montgomery County Maryland, Quality Biological, Inc., (QBI) has built a reputation and standing in the market for producing the highest quality products and providing exemplary service and support that includes unmatched customer service.
QBI’s products allow researchers to focus on their work rather than questioning the quality of their materials. This is done by delivering high-performance, high-quality custom products to support consistent and reproducible results in research, method and process validation, preclinical drug discovery and large-scale production of custom formulations for commercialization. QBI products alleviate researchers from worrying about overhead on manufacturing equipment, and allow them to solely focus on their work.
In an age of consolidation, big business and an increasing focus on large-scale applications of cell culture and molecular biology, QBI is dedicated to providing superior personal service. Our team members are empowered to be responsive, caring and committed to providing the absolute highest level of customer service to every customer.
QBI was selected as a Top 100 MBE as well as the 2017 Supplier of the Year, presented by the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council. Uncompromising ethics and integrity. Unwavering commitment.
Our pursuit of business is governed by these core values. These principles guide how we operate from reception, to customer service, to the laboratory, the warehouse, and our delivery personnel. We know that our success is possible only when we earn the trust of our clients. We work hard to achieve this everyday by always doing what we say we will do and by not pretending to know how to do something if we don’t.Our Community Presence
