A hybridization buffer specifically formulated for use with nylon membranes. It does not contain Denhardt’s Reagent, which may interfere with the hybridization reaction of DNA immobilized on nylon.

Applications
Denatured fragmented salmon sperm DNA may be added to this hybridization buffer to reduce nonspecific background.
