Description
QBSF-56 is a proprietary serum-free formulation engineered to support human lymphocytes and cell cultures.
In addition, QBSF-56 can be used as an intermediate medium in the process of weaning fastidious cells from growth in a serum-supplemented medium to a low protein serum-free medium. QBSF-56 has also been used successfully to support the proliferation of primary cell cultures.
- Serum-Free
- Contains L-glutamine & Phenol Red
- Endotoxin, mycoplasma, and performance tested
- Sterile Filtered
Applications
QBSF-56 is designed to support human peripheral blood blastogenesis and cell cultures. The following cell lines have been successfully propagated in QBSF-56: SP2/O AG14, SP2 MAI, SP2 SAS, VERO, A 3.01 (infected), SP2 SA3, SP2 SSI, U 937, H9 (HIV infected), and CEM.
The QBSF products have been used successfully in different cell culture applications; investigators are encouraged to explore new uses.
