Applications
Quality Biological’s Cell Culture Grade Water has very low endotoxin (less than 0.06 EU/mL). The water is prepared by distillation and filtration (0.1 µm), with no added substances. The water quality is monitored on a routine basis. Conductivity, total organic carbon, endotoxin and bioburden are tested monthly.
QBI’s Cell Culture Grade Water is prepared by reverse osmosis, passed through fine carbon, deionized through two resin beds, and serially filtered twice through 0.1 µm positively charged membranes, to yield a product with an endotoxin level of less than 0.06 EU/mL.
Cell Culture Grade Water can be useful for making solutions such as cell culture media and washing solutions; while it can be used to dilute buffers and suspend cells.
